I have a new video/5  minute break that I put up today. I am really excited because I have seen videos like this before or music something or anothers… not sure what to call them… anyway, I liked them, wanted one and made one today.

What it is is…. a 5 minute brain break. I harp on how music can really affect your mood and so when spending large amounts of time online, giving your brain a break is mandatory.

It’s amazing what 5 minutes of relaxing music can do for your focus, productivity and just all around well being. I have another 5 minute relaxation break I give people when they sign up at my site… www.putstresstorest.com  but that one is an actual hypnosis process to help you using suggestions and binaural beats to relax, focus and feel better.

So today’s version is great relaxing music, ocean waves and a beautiful picture to focus on while you relax. I liked that part the best when I saw one of these before. I liked looking at the relaxing picture and floating away to there, wherever the picture there is..

I have hired some help for some parts and done others myself.

I was just writing a welcome email because when I joined to test the site, I got a blank one. Hmmm, had to do something about that. So I was in a particularly creative mode…not sure how that will come out… and decided to re-check the emails you get every 2 weeks telling you that there is new content, tools and cool stuff loaded in the back office.

I had someone else write those and AHHHRRGGGHH…insert terrible noise here…. they were dry and boring and my name was signed to them…and I am anything but dry and boring. Not everyone gets my sense of humore, but I do have one, really and truly I do (that’s for you Amy)

Anyway, I decided that I couldn’t leave them all dry and boring so I was going to re-write all 24 million of them… then I came to my senses and decided for the sake of stress management in my own mind, I wouldn’t do that.

Besides, they’re just to tell my clients, site participants people of the world…Hey, You’ve got mail…or tools or new cool stuff… But they were boring, so I decided I would just write a PS at the bottom form the real me. So if people of the world want more of me, they can read the ps. If they just want to know that new stuff is there, they can tell that form the subject line and run, don’t walk…to their membership site back office….

So more of me…or not…that’s the question????!!!!!!

So how do we make stress go away?

Are there any easy answers out there?

Are there some tools that work better than others?

I think it truly is, different strokes for different folks.

For me, relaxing music, gentle and subtle suggestions in a hypnosis tape or CD…lol…..tape…hmmm, I guess they still are used out there, and considering I still used them until last year for my clients in the office when I did hypnosis sessions for them…time to come to the 90’s Mel…oh, I mean the new century….

So for me a short hypnosis session works and helps. That’s why I did a free one for download so that I could test and see if a shorter process helped others like it did me. So if you want it…it’s free. You can click  on the link on the right that says Relax, get a Free mp3.
