I think it truly is, different strokes for different folks.

For me, relaxing music, gentle and subtle suggestions in a hypnosis tape or CD…lol…..tape…hmmm, I guess they still are used out there, and considering I still used them until last year for my clients in the office when I did hypnosis sessions for them…time to come to the 90’s Mel…oh, I mean the new century….
